(“PMU Launch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using PMU Launch’s services — including business coaching, marketing services, educational programs, advertising campaigns, and related deliverables — you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.If you do not agree, you may not use our services.2. Services ProvidedPMU Launch provides business coaching, marketing, consulting, advertising management, and education for beauty and aesthetic professionals, including but not limited to PMU artists, academies, medi-spas, and related service providers.Services may include:Coaching and consulting sessions

Advertising strategy and campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Appointment setter and client acquisition systems

Templates, resources, and proprietary systems (“Booked-Out System,” “AI Meta Ads Framework,” etc.)

Access to online training platforms and group or 1:1 support

3. Payment TermsFees & Billing: All fees are due per your signed Order Form, payment schedule, or subscription agreement.

Automatic Billing: For rolling continuation plans, recurring charges will be processed monthly until canceled.

Cancellation Notice: A 60-day written notice is required to cancel rolling subscription plans.

Late Payments: Late or failed payments may result in paused services until accounts are current.

4. No-Refund PolicyPMU Launch has a strict no-refund policy. By enrolling in our programs or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final, regardless of outcomes, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.5. Performance GuaranteeFor eligible programs (e.g., Blueprint), PMU Launch offers the following:“We will 2x your investment in PMU Launch or work with you until we do.”This guarantee is action-based — your success depends on your active participation.

If you do not complete agreed-upon action items, attend required sessions, or provide requested assets, the guarantee may be void.

6. Client ResponsibilitiesYour success depends on your active participation. You agree to:Provide timely access to requested assets (e.g., photos, videos, testimonials, offers).

Attend scheduled coaching, strategy, and implementation sessions.

Collaborate with your Client Success Manager, ad strategist, and appointment setter.

Implement strategies, scripts, and action plans as directed.

Maintain required ad budgets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other platforms.

PMU Launch cannot guarantee results if you fail to complete your agreed deliverables.7. Advertising & Results DisclaimerWhile PMU Launch uses proven systems, tools, and strategies, we do not guarantee specific income or business results. Results may vary based on:Market conditions

Offer positioning and pricing

Client participation and implementation

Testimonials and case studies represent exceptional results and are not typical.8. Intellectual PropertyAll training materials, templates, scripts, systems, and frameworks provided by PMU Launch are proprietary and remain our exclusive intellectual property.You may not:Reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials

Share internal frameworks or training portals with third parties

Violation of this clause may result in termination of services and legal action.9. Use of Testimonials & Case StudiesBy joining PMU Launch, you consent to allow us to request and, with your approval, share testimonials, success stories, and results across marketing channels, including but not limited to:Website and landing pages

Ads and marketing collateral

Social media content

10. Termination of ServicesPMU Launch reserves the right to:Terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms, abuse of staff, or misuse of intellectual property.

Retain all fees paid to date upon termination.

Clients may terminate services with a 60-day written notice if on a rolling continuation plan.11. Data PrivacyAll data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Loss of profits, business, or data

Third-party platform issues (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, payment gateways)

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 90 days preceding the claim.13. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Placer County, California.14.
